Questions
Who do the emails come from?
Your name, sent from [email protected], with Reply-To set to your email, so any reply comes straight to you.
Do you handle payments?
No. We never hold or process money. Add your own pay link (Stripe, PayPal, bank page) and we include it.
What if they already paid?
Tap Paid and reminders stop. Each email also has an "I've paid" link that pauses reminders and tells you to check.
What happens if I add an invoice that's already late?
We skip the reminders you missed and send only the one that fits today, so your client never gets a pile of emails at once.
