Privacy Policy

What we store
- Your account: your email address, the name you sign emails with, your time zone, your plan status, and the Stripe customer and subscription IDs linked to your account.
- Your invoices: client name, client email, amount and currency, invoice number, due date, your pay link and invoice link, and the invoice's status (open, paid, client says paid, stopped).
- Reminder log: for each reminder sent, the date, which step it was, the recipient address, the subject line and the email's message ID. We use this to avoid repeats and to count your monthly limit.
- Sign-in: one-time sign-in links and your session are stored only as hashed tokens. Short-lived counters keyed by email address or IP address limit how often sign-in links can be requested.
The free try on the home page keeps the invoice you type only in your own browser (local storage). It is not sent to us.
Where it lives and who handles it
- Cloudflare hosts the site, stores the data above in its D1 database, and sends sign-in and reminder emails through Cloudflare Email Sending. Cloudflare also keeps short-term technical logs, which can include email addresses and subject lines, so we can fix problems. Mail sent to [email protected] is forwarded by Cloudflare Email Routing to our inbox.
- Stripe handles checkout, billing and the customer portal. Your card details go to Stripe and are never seen or stored by us. Stripe sends us notices when you subscribe, renew, cancel, or a payment fails, which we use to turn your plan on or off.
We don't sell your data or your clients' data, don't use it for advertising, and don't share it with anyone except the providers above who run the service for us.
Emails to your clients
Reminder emails go only to the client email you entered for that invoice. Each one includes an "I've paid" link, which pauses reminders and tells you, and a link to stop reminders for that invoice. If your client uses either link, we record the change and email you.
Cookies
We use one cookie, a sign-in session cookie that keeps you signed in for up to 30 days. We don't use analytics or advertising cookies. Stripe's checkout and billing pages are run by Stripe under its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep your account, invoices and reminder log while your account exists, so your dashboard and monthly counts work. Deleting an invoice removes it from your dashboard. Expired sign-in links and sessions are cleared regularly.
Deleting your data
Email [email protected] from your account's email address and we'll delete your account, invoices and reminder log. Stripe keeps its own billing records as the law requires. If you're a client who received a reminder and want your address removed, email us too.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top and email users about material changes.
